Day-Time Cleaning Supervisor – Full-Time

Safari Contract Cleaners is seeking a reliable Day-Time Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning and upkeep of a large commercial facility in the Greensburg area.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can complete cleaning duties while also managing supplies, monitoring the condition of the facility, and communicating regularly with management. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, organizing daily priorities, and taking responsibility for the overall appearance of the building.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

• Full-time, year-round position

• No seasonal layoffs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform routine commercial cleaning throughout the facility

• Inspect completed work and address areas requiring additional attention

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, floors, common areas, and high-traffic spaces

• Plan daily cleaning priorities and ensure assigned tasks are completed

• Monitor cleaning products and facility supplies

• Prepare and submit supply orders when inventory is low

• Keep equipment, storage rooms, and supply areas clean and organized

• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, and facility needs to management

• Communicate updates and concerns with Safari’s Area Managers and office team

• Provide clear direction and support to cleaning employees when needed

• Follow company procedures and established workplace safety practices

• Maintain a professional relationship with facility representatives

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• At least one year of commercial cleaning experience is preferred

• Previous supervisory, team-lead, or leadership experience is preferred

• Familiarity with commercial cleaning products, procedures, and equipment

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work without constant supervision

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Consistent attendance and dependable transportation

• Careful attention to detail

• Professional and respectful attitude

• Willingness to work alongside the cleaning team and lead by example
