We are looking for an independent and dynamic cleaning professional to lead our project & construction team in the Tri-State area (PA, OH, WV). This manager position includes hands-on leadership, business development, and travel. A successful candidate will have confidence, a sense of urgency, and the ability to decisively problem solve.

Responsibilities:

• Take the initiative:
• Hands-on leader, cleaning jobsites and managing team in order to complete tasks at each job/building.

• Manage multiple priorities:
• Inspect and execute job-site clean ups weekly and document findings to Area Manager
• Train employees in their job according to company standards to achieve high quality, organized, and repeatable results
• Ensure employees know and understands company rules, security procedures, and proper chemical usage
• Complete any special requests made by a customer and record communication in company log

• Lead the conversation:
• Ensure safety among team and drive customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate effective communication and work side-by-side with crew members

• Explore new frontiers:
• Travel to new job opportunities
• Build job proposals and tactical plans to generate future business
• Grow the construction cleaning team

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: (Total Compensation $40,000-$55,000)
• Annual Base Salary: $40,000
• Union & prevailing wage for specific jobs ($22-27 per hour)
• Bonus pay (Up to $12,000) for new business development and project completion based on quarterly performance and job profitability

Experience:

• 1 or more years cleaning experience preferred (Floor waxing, carpet scrubbing, window cleaning, etc.)
• 1 Year construction experience preferred
• Military or tactical background preferred
• Ability to read project blueprints and specifications
• Flexible schedule during week to accommodate project and job schedule
• Willing to travel in Tri-State area (PA, OH, WV)
• Experience with Union worksites
