What You’ll Do

• Lead and organize daily cleaning operations on-site

• Maintain top standards for safety, quality, and efficiency

• Assign tasks, manage schedules, and keep things running smoothly

• Train, support, and motivate your cleaning team

• Communicate updates and feedback with management

• Tackle on-site challenges with professionalism and problem-solving

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and people skills

• Clear and professional communication

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Confidence handling issues as they come up

• Understanding of safety rules and best practices

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in varied temperatures (especially summer heat)

• 1+ year of cleaning experience preferred
