Safari Contract Cleaners, with over 50 years of service across 12 counties, is expanding our team in the Greensburg area. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Floor care Technician who takes pride in maintaining clean, professional environments. When not assigned to floor care projects, this role will assist with general cleaning duties across various client locations.

Position Overview

• Job Type: Full-time

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour night shifts, rotating weekends

• Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour

• Expected Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week

• Work Location: In person (travel between local sites required)

• Sign-On Bonus: Earn bonuses at 3 and 6 months

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning

• Operate and maintain floor machines and related equipment

• Follow safety protocols and site-specific procedures

• Assist with day-to-day commercial cleaning duties (dusting, restrooms, trash removal, disinfecting, etc.) when not scheduled for project work

• Travel to assigned accounts within the Greensburg area and provide support where needed

• Maintain supply inventory and communicate effectively with team members and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with floor care equipment and techniques preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

• Prior commercial cleaning experience

• Strong time management and ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation for travel between job sites

• Professional appearance and communication skills
