We’re looking for a Part-Time Evening Site Supervisor to lead our industrial cleaning team. If you enjoy organizing, motivating others, and ensuring the job gets done right, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee daily cleaning operations on-site

• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met

• Schedule, coordinate, and delegate tasks to your team

• Train, support, and motivate team members

• Communicate regularly with management on progress and challenges

• Handle on-site issues professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Clear, professional communication (verbal & written)

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented approach

• Confident in problem-solving and conflict resolution

• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, especially summer heat

• 1+ year of cleaning experience preferred
