Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

As a Facility Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll take an active role in maintaining a large facility while helping ensure Safari’s cleaning standards are consistently met. You’ll work independently, oversee daily operations, and serve as a dependable point of contact for the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and performing daily cleaning duties to meet Safari’s quality standards
• Ensuring restrooms, floors, offices, and high-traffic areas are properly cleaned and maintained
• Organizing supplies, monitoring inventory, and placing orders as needed
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and keeping supply areas organized
• Communicating facility needs, concerns, and updates with management
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
• Providing leadership, direction, and support while working independently
• Taking pride in the appearance and overall condition of your assigned facility

Qualifications include:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• 1+ year of commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work independently
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices
• Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to lead by example and take ownership of daily responsibilities
